While working at THINKHOUSE, I served as the Lead Designer for the CIÉ Transport Trailblazers campaign, which aimed to recruit young innovators for the newly established CIÉ Youth Board. My role spanned from concept development to final delivery, collaborating closely with the film team on multilingual key campaign visuals and videos. I also designed social media assets and created branded documents that the Youth Lab Strategy Team could incorporate into their communications framework, ensuring a consistent and impactful message across all touchpoints.

The campaign marked a milestone in CIÉ’s sustainability efforts, and I helped shape the visuals that brought this vision to life. My work supported the recruitment of 15 members for the first-ever CIÉ Youth Board, who will play a pivotal role in guiding CIÉ’s carbon reduction goals. The campaign also showcased the latest low-carbon additions to the CIÉ fleet, such as electric buses and the DART+ train prototype.
Working closely with stakeholders like CIÉ, The Youth Lab, and the National Transport Authority, the campaign helped amplify the vision of creating a sustainable and inclusive public transport future for Ireland. The national campaign was profiled in IAPI, Little Black Book and AdWorld.
For the strategy members of The Youth Lab in THINKHOUSE, branded documents that were easily updated by both the strategy team and the client were an important element of the campaign. We are excited about the lasting impact this Youth Board will have on shaping not just CIÉ’s future, but the broader transportation landscape, ensuring it’s both innovative and environmentally responsible.
